3. Required Disclosures

Affiliates may not:

Any misleading or non-compliant content may result in removal from the program.
5. Brand Standards
Affiliates may use approved logos and marketing materials. You may not:
Modify official logos
Create websites or social handles impersonating PureForm Peptides
Run paid ads using our brand name without written permission
We reserve the right to request removal of content that does not align with brand standards.
6. Commissions & Payouts
Commissions apply to qualified, completed purchases
Payments are issued monthly after a standard holding period
Refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity void commissions
Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes

7. Program Integrity
We may suspend or terminate affiliates for:
False or misleading claims
Improper disclosures
Spam or deceptive marketing
Violation of platform or advertising rules
